At Sheadar<\/strong>, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Returns Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The item was purchased in the last 14 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The product is in its original packaging<\/strong>, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The product is not a “Final Sale” item (items marked as such are non-returnable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • For hygiene reasons, Perfumes and Bakhoor<\/strong> can only be returned if the protective seal is intact and the packaging is unopened.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Custom-made or Tailored items:<\/strong> Items made to your specific measurements (such as specialized Bridal or Couture orders).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Opened Fragrances:<\/strong> Any perfume or Bakhoor that has been sprayed or had its seal broken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Gift Cards.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Exchanges<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for a different size (subject to availability), please contact us at Sheadar.ae.team@gmail.com<\/strong> within 48 hours of receiving your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Refund Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7\u201314 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. Damaged Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage to facilitate a quick resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
