At Sheadar, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased in the last 14 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • The product is not a “Final Sale” item (items marked as such are non-returnable).
  • For hygiene reasons, Perfumes and Bakhoor can only be returned if the protective seal is intact and the packaging is unopened.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or Tailored items: Items made to your specific measurements (such as specialized Bridal or Couture orders).
  • Opened Fragrances: Any perfume or Bakhoor that has been sprayed or had its seal broken.
  • Gift Cards.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for a different size (subject to availability), please contact us at Sheadar.ae.team@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage to facilitate a quick resolution.
